A large library of guided practice covering kundalini, breathing, asanas and sequences, so you always know what to do when you roll out the mat.

Many people begin yoga with enthusiasm and stop within a few weeks. Following random videos online means every session is different, nothing builds on the last one, and it is difficult to tell whether you are doing a posture correctly or simply copying its shape.
The result is a practice that feels scattered. You know a handful of poses, you are not sure how to breathe in them, and you do not know how to put them together into a session that makes sense from the first minute to the last.
This course gives you a structure. It starts with the foundations of yoga, then adds breathing, a large set of asanas and the kundalini approach, and finally shows you how to connect everything into complete sequences.
By the end you are not waiting for the next video to tell you what to do. You have a toolbox of exercises and the understanding to choose from it according to your time, your energy and your mood.
You will understand what each part of a session is for and why it comes where it does.
Each posture is broken down step by step so you can enter and leave it calmly.
You will learn to coordinate your breath with posture changes and to practise breathing on its own.
You will work through kriyas, movements and rhythmic exercises that make up this tradition.
You will learn the logic of transitions so that one pose flows naturally into the next.
You will build practices of different lengths, from a short morning routine to a longer evening session.
You will know which exercises to choose when you want to wake up and which to choose when you want to wind down.
The lessons rely on a mat and simple props you probably already own.
The course is built around a large, organised body of practice. Each lesson shows you the movements, explains the key points and lets you follow along. Theory is kept short and appears only where it helps you do the exercise better.
Breathing is not an add-on. It is taught early and returns in every module, so that by the time you reach the longer sequences, coordinating breath and movement feels natural rather than forced.
Kundalini practice has its own module, with exercises that combine posture, rhythm and breath. You will see how it differs from a more static asana-based session and how the two approaches can complement each other in your week.

The course consists of self-paced video lessons that you can watch whenever it suits you. There are no fixed start dates and no deadlines. Some learners complete a module over a weekend, others take one lesson a day and practise in between.
Each module follows the same rhythm: you watch the lesson, practise along with it, then repeat it on another day until the movements feel familiar. We suggest returning to earlier lessons as you progress, because the same posture often reveals new details once you have more experience.
You need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and a quiet space about the size of the mat plus a little room around it. A blanket, a belt or a cushion can help in some postures, but they are optional.
The lessons are designed to be practised, not only watched. We recommend keeping your phone, tablet or laptop at the edge of the mat so you can pause, rewind and repeat difficult moments.
Five modules take you from the basics of yoga to complete practice sessions you can design yourself.

Each lesson has a clear focus and is meant to be practised along with the video.
Breathing exercises, asanas, kundalini sets and sequences in one place.
Return to any lesson whenever you want to refine a posture or repeat a sequence.
Learn on your own schedule, with no fixed dates.
Postures are explained step by step, with alternatives where useful.

Once you have worked through the modules, you will have a practice that belongs to you. You will know how to warm up, which postures to choose, how to breathe through them and how to finish a session calmly.
On a busy day you can run a short sequence in twenty minutes. On a quieter day you can do a longer practice, including a kundalini set. You will not need to search for something new every time.
Most importantly, you will understand why a practice is built the way it is. That understanding is what makes it possible to keep practising for years, adjusting as your needs and your body change.
It is up to you. Many learners practise three to five times a week for 20 to 40 minutes. Because the course is self-paced, you can go faster or slower whenever you like.
