A six-week psychology programme for women that replaces self-criticism and comparison with practical tools for self-acceptance, boundaries and action.

Many women are capable, experienced and thoughtful, and still hear a quiet voice that says they are not good enough. It shows up before a conversation with a manager, when looking at someone else's life online, or when a simple request has to be turned down. Over time, the voice starts to make decisions on your behalf.
Low self-esteem is rarely a single problem. It is usually a mix of habits: harsh self-talk, constant comparison, fear of failure, perfectionism and a habit of checking what other people think before deciding what you think. Each habit makes sense on its own, but together they leave you tired and uncertain.
This course treats confidence as a set of skills that can be learned, not as a personality trait some people are born with. You will study how self-esteem is formed, what influences it day to day, and which practical techniques help you change the patterns that hold you back.
The programme is written for women of any age and background who are ready to look at themselves with more honesty and more kindness, and who want a calm, structured way to do it.
Six modules lead you from understanding self-esteem to acting with confidence in real situations.
Understand the factors that raise or lower your confidence, so the patterns stop feeling mysterious.
Learn to recognise self-critical thoughts and replace them with supportive, realistic ones.
Practise emotional awareness so that strong feelings inform you instead of controlling you.
Say yes and no more clearly and communicate with the people around you more confidently.
Recognise how your surroundings affect your self-image and choose the connections that help you grow.
Use posture, visualisation, affirmations and belief work as part of an ordinary day.
Deal with procrastination and the need to do everything flawlessly before you begin.
Take real steps, learn from them and rebuild your confidence after setbacks.
Combine the roles of professional, parent, partner and individual without losing yourself.
The course combines ideas from cognitive-behavioural approaches with work on emotions and personal beliefs. Each module explains a concept in plain language, then asks you to try it in your own life so that the idea becomes a habit.
You will not be asked to become someone else. The goal is to accept yourself as you are, value what makes you different and stop measuring your worth against other people. That shift is what makes changes in confidence last.
Because the exercises are short and repeatable, you can fit them around work, family and everything else on your schedule. Most of the change comes from small actions repeated over several weeks, not from one dramatic insight.

The programme is designed to be completed over about six weeks, depending on how quickly you move through the lessons and homework. You study online, on your own schedule: watch the video lessons, read the theory materials and complete the practical tasks for each module before moving on.
Every module includes exercises. Some are self-reflection tasks, some help you notice and name your emotions, and others are techniques for working with inner barriers. You will also be asked to keep a journal of achievements or to write down thoughts and feelings after an exercise, which helps you see your progress and fix new experience in place.
The standard access described on this page is self-paced and does not include personal feedback on your homework. You work through the full set of lessons, practical assignments and theory materials at your own speed, and you can return to any lesson as often as you like during your access period.
Six modules, each built around one theme, with specific lessons and practical tasks.

Clear explanations of each concept that you can watch at your own pace.
Supporting texts to read, revisit and refer back to whenever you need them.
Exercises in every module for self-reflection, emotional awareness and work with inner barriers.
Achievement diaries and short written reflections that make your progress visible.
Techniques for replacing negative attitudes with supportive ones and reviewing mistakes without self-criticism.
Personal affirmations and the Dialogue with an Emotion technique to use in daily life.
Unlimited access to the course materials for twelve months.
Regular additions so the course stays current.
By the end of the six weeks you will have a clearer picture of where your self-esteem comes from and why certain situations shake it. That understanding alone often makes reactions less automatic and less personal.
You will also have a set of tools you can use immediately: ways to answer your inner critic, to name and manage emotions, to hold a boundary politely and to take action even when you do not feel completely ready.
Many women find that these changes show up in ordinary moments first. You speak up in a meeting, decline a request without long explanations, or finish something without insisting it be perfect. Over time those moments add up to a steadier sense of balance between your roles at work, at home and as an individual.
Because you keep access to the lessons for a year, you can return to a module whenever an old habit resurfaces and repeat the exercises that helped most.
The programme is planned for about six weeks. Most people give it a few hours a week for watching lessons and doing the exercises, but you set your own pace and can go faster or slower.
