Wellbeing · All levels
A 60+ hour online programme that combines coaching, the psychology of change and the science of habits into one practical method.

Most people already know what a healthier life looks like. They know they should sleep more, move more, eat with more attention and manage stress better. The difficulty is not information. It is the gap between the sentence "I more or less know what I need to do" and the reality of living differently on an ordinary Tuesday.
That gap is where a wellness coach works. Instead of handing out a diet or a training plan, a wellness coach helps a person understand their own habits, strengths and obstacles, and then supports them in building changes that survive a busy week, a stressful project or a family event.
Clients increasingly look for this kind of support. Stress affects sleep and appetite. Poor sleep lowers energy. Chronic tiredness makes exercise and new routines harder. Seeing these links as one picture, rather than as separate problems, is the core of the profession.
This programme teaches that way of thinking and working. It is not a course in medicine or therapy, and it does not teach you to diagnose or treat anything. It prepares you to be a guide for sustainable lifestyle change, using coaching techniques and a scientific view of how habits form.
Draw clear lines between coaching, therapy, nutrition advice and fitness training.
Connect body, mind and sense of purpose instead of treating each area separately.
Ask open questions, listen actively and help a client set goals they care about.
Apply the science of habit formation to small, realistic steps.
Introduce practical stress-management and recovery tools.
Recognise resistance and help clients move from intention to action.
Plan a series of conversations with a clear direction.
Keep boundaries, confidentiality and the limits of your competence.
Use the same tools on your habits and wellbeing as you learn.
The programme treats wellness as one system with three connected layers. The physical layer covers nutrition, sleep and movement. The mental layer covers stress, habits and emotions. The deeper layer covers values, goals and the quality of everyday decisions.
A person rarely struggles with only one of these. Learning to see how they influence each other helps you ask better questions and stay with the person, not just with the symptom they bring to the conversation.

The backbone of the programme is video lessons supported by presentations, workbooks and checklists. You move through the modules online at your own pace. Most learners take between four and six months, but you can go faster or slower around work and family.
Learning is not only watching. Each topic comes with homework, and you receive feedback on it. Live webinars add depth on selected topics. You also practise coaching conversations in pairs with fellow learners, which is where the techniques stop being theory and start feeling natural.
The materials stay available to you after you finish, so you can return to a lesson or a worksheet before a new client conversation or whenever you want to refresh a method. Support access is included for a year.
Six modules that move from the foundations of the profession to practising it with real conversations.
Recorded lessons that cover every module in a systematic way.
Materials to fill in, print and reuse.
Assignments that turn each topic into a skill.
Live sessions that deepen selected topics.
Structured pair work to rehearse real conversations.
Analysis of realistic client situations.
Help while you study and apply the approach.
Come back to any lesson whenever you need it.

When you finish, you will have a clear professional framework: you know what a wellness coach does, where the role ends, and how to structure a conversation so the client leaves with a plan they believe in.
You will have practised the main techniques many times with real partners and received feedback on your work, so you will not be starting from a blank page. You will also have a library of workbooks and checklists to reuse in your own sessions.
Many learners also notice that the tools change their own routines. Whether you coach others, add this method to an existing practice or simply want to live more consciously, you will have an approach you can use every day.
Most learners spend a few hours a week on lessons and homework and finish in four to six months. The pace is flexible, so you can slow down during busy periods.
