Seven short daily lessons with guided audio practices that help you drop borrowed expectations, calm inner pressure and word one clear wish.

Many capable women reach the end of the year with a long list of goals and very little sense of what they actually want. You work hard, you tick things off, and still the result feels like someone else's. A wish made in a hurry on a December evening rarely survives January.
Often the reason is not a lack of discipline. Some wishes were borrowed from a partner, a parent or a social feed. Others are tangled up with fear, so the mind quietly works against them. You may recognise yourself in one of these roles: the Iron Lady who has forgotten how to dream, the Eternal Rescuer who is always giving, the Anxious Perfectionist with an inner critic that never sleeps, or the Radiant Magician who feels ready for a bigger scale but has no clear tool for it.
This course treats those patterns as different expressions of one thing: losing contact with yourself. Instead of patching each symptom separately, the lessons return you to your own voice step by step. Only then does it make sense to word a wish, because only then is the wish yours.
The format is deliberately gentle. The lessons use the imagery of the New Year, with its old letters, a fireplace, fresh snow and a midnight chime, as a framework for serious reflection. You listen, you notice, you write a few lines, and you move on with your day.
Each ability is practised in a daily lesson, not just described.
Understand why you wished for one thing and kept getting another.
Use a simple set of cues and a trigger diary to catch reactions early.
Sort what belongs to you from what belongs to family, friends and society.
Replace dry goals with wishes that bring energy rather than obligation.
Look at the Convenient, Strong and Perfect personas and choose when to wear them.
Use a guided practice to experience the state of already having what you want.
Merge the week's insights into a single statement your mind can accept.
Leave with a short action plan written after the blocks have been addressed.
The course combines a psychological approach with the structure of a game. Adult problems often meet adult resistance: we analyse, argue and get nowhere. A story told through audio lets you bypass some of that resistance. You hear a narrative about a tree, a fireplace and fresh snow, while the practices ask you to notice what comes up.
While you listen, the exercises help you release emotions you have been holding back, find answers that logic kept hidden, and rest. The idea is similar to a bedtime story, except that this one is designed to help you look at your own life more clearly.
The course is built on the view that fear, a missing plan, constant tiredness and a sense of being a victim of circumstances share a common root. When you restore the connection with yourself, the effect is felt across several areas of life at once. The course is educational and reflective. It is not medical treatment and does not claim to treat any condition.

You progress through seven days, one lesson per day. Each day combines a video lesson with theory, a practical exercise and, where relevant, an audio practice you can listen to with headphones while you do other things. Plan on roughly 15 to 20 minutes a day.
The programme moves in a deliberate order: first clearing the past and understanding your scripts, then calming your reactions, then separating from other people's expectations, then meeting your inner child and your roles, and finally trying on a new reality and wording your wish. Following the order matters, because every day uses what you found the day before.
You work at your own pace and without anyone checking your work. The programme includes all the practices and exercises plus bonus materials such as playlists, books and guides. If you are disciplined and enjoy working on your own, this format gives you everything you need.

By the end of the seventh day you hold something concrete: one wish, worded in your own terms, with fear and borrowed expectations removed as far as you could. Alongside it you have a short plan for what to do next.
You may also notice smaller changes. Many participants of programmes like this describe feeling calmer, less driven to control every detail and more able to say no. You keep the tools too: the trigger diary, the awareness cues and the audio practices can be used again whenever you feel yourself slipping back into an old role.
The quiet days after a holiday are a good time to continue. Fewer distractions make it easier to revisit your plan, adjust it and take the first step at your own speed. The aim is not to fit yourself to a date, but to give yourself time to begin.
The course lasts seven days, with about 15 to 20 minutes per day. That is roughly two hours in total, and you can listen to the audio practices while doing other things.
