A self-paced mini-course of more than 15 lessons, with 22 bonus sessions, for exploring a past-life experience using Akashic Records practice.

Many people have the feeling that some of their talents, fears and habits did not start in this life. A sudden fondness for a distant country, an unexplained ease with a craft, or a fear that has no clear source can all prompt the question of where they come from. Esoteric traditions offer one answer: that each of us carries a long story, and that parts of it can be revisited.
This mini-course is built around that idea. It takes the Akashic Records tradition as its starting point, the notion of a field of information where the experiences of a soul are held, and shows you how to approach it in a calm, structured way. The emphasis is on a resource-oriented journey: not dwelling on old pain, but looking for the abilities, supports and understanding that a past experience may offer you today.
If you have tried guided meditations before and found them vague, the structure here may help. The lessons move in order, from preparation and settling your attention, through the exploration itself, to writing down what you found and thinking about how it relates to your present life. You always set the pace.
This is a course in an esoteric practice. It offers a way of reflecting on yourself and your experience; it is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace professional care.
By the end of the lessons you will have a clear routine for working with this practice on your own.
Set up a quiet routine that makes it easier to focus and to close a session calmly.
Learn what the tradition says about them and how that framework shapes the practice.
Work through the lessons in sequence, with clear instructions for each stage.
Practise asking what strengths, skills and supports an experience can offer you now.
Keep notes that separate what you saw, what you felt and what you think it means.
Reflect on patterns, interests and choices without forcing conclusions.
Use closing steps that bring your attention back to the present.
Build a simple routine you can return to whenever you like.
The word resource in the programme title is deliberate. Many people approach past-life work expecting dramatic stories, and then feel unsettled when difficult material comes up. The lessons here are framed differently: the goal is to find what supports you, such as a skill you once had, a way of coping, a source of courage or a sense of belonging.
Each lesson is built on the same simple pattern. You begin by settling and setting an intention. You then follow the guided practice at your own pace. Afterwards you capture your impressions and reflect on them. Repeating this pattern makes the practice feel familiar rather than mysterious.
The course does not ask you to believe anything in advance. You are invited to try the method with an open mind, observe what comes up, and decide for yourself what value it has for you.

The programme is delivered online as video lessons that you can watch whenever it suits you. There are no fixed class times, so you can work through it in the evenings, at weekends, or in short sessions spread across the week. Most people find it helpful to do the practice lessons when they will not be interrupted.
We recommend following the modules in order, because each one prepares you for the next. You can pause, repeat a lesson or come back to a practice as often as you like. Nothing in the course expects prior experience of meditation or esoteric work.
On top of the main lessons, the programme includes 22 bonus sessions that extend the topic. You can explore them once you have completed the core path, or dip into them alongside it if a subject catches your interest.
Six modules take you from preparation to a complete personal practice. Lesson titles below describe the stages of the path.

When you finish, you will have gone through the whole path at least once: preparing, entering the experience, looking for resources, recording what you found and returning to the present. The process will no longer be unfamiliar, and you will have notes you can reread.
You will also have a simple routine you can repeat. Some people return to the practice when they face a decision, others when they are simply curious. The bonus sessions give you further directions to explore at your own speed.
What you take from the experience is personal. The course gives you a method and a framework; the meaning you draw from it is yours to decide.
There is no fixed schedule. Many learners set aside a few short sessions a week, and a quiet half hour is enough for most practice lessons. You decide how quickly to move.
