Communication · All levels
A three-month programme that turns nervous, unstructured speaking into confident, well-built talks and conversations at work.

Most professionals know their subject well. Yet in a meeting, a pitch or a conversation with a client, the idea arrives muddled, too quietly or too late, and someone with a weaker argument but a stronger delivery wins the room.
The usual advice is to practise more, relax or just be yourself. That rarely helps, because speaking is a set of separate skills: how you use your voice, how you stand and move, how you order your thoughts, how you listen and answer objections. Each can be learned, but they are rarely taught together.
This programme treats public speaking and business communication as one craft. It starts with the physical basics, such as breathing, diction, pace and pauses, and moves to structure, storytelling, persuasion, negotiation and leadership communication.
The aim is not to turn you into a stage performer. It is to make your natural way of speaking clearer, calmer and more convincing, whether you address a team of five or a hall of five hundred.
Work on diction, clarity, speed and pauses so people understand you the first time.
Stand, move and gesture in a way that supports your words instead of distracting from them.
Choose a structure for your opening, main argument and closing in a few minutes.
Cut filler and long preambles when you answer a question or make a point.
Use simple routines for breathing, posture and focus to steady yourself.
Use examples and short narratives to make ideas memorable.
Listen, clarify and respond without becoming defensive.
Set a goal, read the other side and keep the conversation on track.
Communicate decisions, expectations and feedback with empathy and authority.
The programme is built in layers. First you learn the physical tools of speaking: voice, breath, posture and energy. These are the foundation, and no structure or argument works if the delivery gets in the way.
Next you learn to organise thoughts. You practise short formats first, such as a one-minute answer or a brief introduction, and then longer talks and presentations. The aim is to make structure a habit rather than a template you have to remember.
Finally you apply the same skills to real business situations: sales conversations, negotiations, team meetings and presentations to decision makers. Each lesson ends with a practical task, so you leave with something you have actually said, recorded or written, not just something you have watched.
Because the layers build on each other, you can see progress early. After the first module your voice and breathing feel different; after the third you stop dreading the blank page; by the last module you can combine everything in a complete talk.

The programme runs over three months and is delivered online. Each module focuses on one area and combines video lessons with practical assignments. You can follow the suggested rhythm of one module every two weeks or move faster or slower to fit your schedule.
The practical tasks are central. You will record yourself speaking, review the recording against simple criteria and repeat the exercise. This feedback loop is the quickest way to notice habits you cannot hear in the moment, such as rushed endings, flat intonation or repeated filler words.
Where the programme includes extra materials, such as checklists, speech outlines and exercise sheets, they are available alongside the lessons so you can return to them before an important conversation or presentation.
Six modules move from the basics of voice and presence to structure, persuasion and negotiation.

Twenty-four lessons you can watch at your own pace.
A task after each lesson so you apply the skill straight away.
Simple checklists for evaluating your recordings.
Reusable structures for talks, answers and negotiations.
Log in from any device and start the same day.
Return to any lesson whenever you need it.
By the end of the three months you will have a set of habits you can rely on: a warm-up for your voice, a way to settle your nerves, and a quick method for structuring what you want to say.
You will have recorded and reviewed your own speaking several times, so you know your strengths and the habits you still want to change. That awareness is what lets you keep improving without a course.
In everyday work this shows up in small ways: shorter, clearer answers in meetings, better prepared presentations, steadier handling of objections and more control in negotiations. The material stays with you, so you can return to the relevant lessons before any important event.
Plan for roughly two to four hours a week: watching the lessons and doing the practical tasks. The tasks matter more than the video time, so it helps to set aside regular slots for recording yourself.
