A complete video programme that links flexibility, awareness and natural mobility, so you progress without forcing your body.

Many people try to reach the splits by stretching harder and holding longer. They push through discomfort for a few weeks, stall, and conclude that they are simply not flexible. In reality, the splits depend on much more than muscle length: on how your pelvis moves, how your nervous system reacts to stretch, and how well you can feel what your body is doing.
Random stretching videos rarely solve this. One clip works on hamstrings, the next on hip flexors, and none of them explain how the pieces fit together or in what order to practise them. You end up repeating the same exercises without a plan and without knowing why some days feel good and others feel stuck.
This programme was built as a complete system. It treats flexibility, mindful movement and natural mobility as parts of one practice, so each lesson prepares the next. You learn what each position asks of your body, how to approach it safely and how to measure progress by something other than how far your legs reach.
The aim is not a party trick. It is a body that moves more freely in everyday life, a practice you can return to for years and a calmer, more attentive relationship with how you move.
Outcomes you can work towards by following the lessons at your own pace.
Prepare hips, legs and spine before deeper stretching.
Tell the difference between tight muscles, restricted joints and simple lack of control.
Use breath and awareness to let the body open rather than forcing it.
Support new flexibility with active work so the range feels stable.
Move through progressions that suit your current level.
Put together sessions that fit your week and your energy.
Learn the signals that tell you when to ease off and when to go deeper.
Carry better mobility into walking, sitting and standing.
Most flexibility programmes focus on a single thing, the stretch. This one combines three elements in every module. First, you prepare the body so that the stretch lands in the right place. Second, you bring attention to what you feel, so you can tell useful sensation from strain. Third, you train the new range so that your body recognises it as safe and keeps it.
This is why the lessons feel calm rather than aggressive. You are teaching your body that the position is available, not fighting it. Over time this approach tends to be more sustainable than relying on willpower alone.

The programme is delivered as recorded video lessons that you open on your own schedule. Access starts immediately after payment, so you can watch the first lesson the same day. There are no fixed start dates and no live sessions you have to attend, which makes it easy to fit practice around work and family.
The six modules are designed to be followed in order. Each module introduces a new idea, shows you how to practise it and suggests how to repeat it during the week. You can move at whatever pace feels right: some people take one module a week, others stay with a module for several weeks before moving on.
All you need is a mat, a little free floor space and comfortable clothing. Props such as a yoga block or a folded blanket are helpful but not essential, and the lessons suggest simple household alternatives.
Six modules and 22 lessons, from first preparation to confident work on the splits.
Organised into six modules that build on each other.
Start the first lesson as soon as your order is confirmed.
Watch and repeat lessons whenever it suits you.
Ready-to-follow practices you can repeat during the week.
Options and modifications within the lessons, from gentle to more advanced.
Practise from a laptop, tablet or phone.
Return to any lesson whenever you want to refresh your practice.

By the end of the programme you will have a routine you understand rather than one you simply copy. You will know how to prepare your body, how to approach each stretch with attention and how to adjust the work on days when you feel tired or tight.
Your range of movement is likely to feel different, and, just as important, your relationship with stretching will change. Instead of counting centimetres from the floor, you will notice how easily you get in and out of positions and how steady they feel.
Progress with the splits varies from person to person, and the course does not promise a specific outcome or timeline. What it gives you is a reliable system to keep working with, and the material stays available so you can return to it as your practice develops.
It is up to you. Many people practise three or four times a week for 20 to 40 minutes, but you can start with less and build up. The lessons are self-paced, so there is no fixed weekly workload.
No. The programme starts with preparation and basic awareness work, so beginners can follow it. If you already practise yoga or another sport, you can move through the early lessons faster and spend more time on the later modules.
Access begins right after your payment is confirmed. You sign in to your account and can open all lessons straight away, with no waiting for a start date.
They are recorded video lessons that you can watch on a computer, tablet or phone. You can pause, replay and practise along as often as you like.
Yes. Once you have purchased the course, you can return to the lessons whenever you want and repeat any part of the programme.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the course does not suit you. Contact our support team and we will take care of it.
A yoga mat and some free floor space are enough. A block, a strap and a folded blanket are useful, and the lessons suggest simple alternatives you may already have at home.
The course is a general fitness and mobility practice, not a treatment. If you have an injury or a health concern, check with a qualified professional before starting and always stay within your comfortable range.
