A recorded course with feedback that teaches you to recognise what you feel, respond to strong emotions calmly and give yourself the support you have been waiting for.

You know the pattern. Someone says something careless, and the hurt stays with you for days. A small thing at home sets off a flash of irritation that is far bigger than the moment deserves. Afterwards you turn on yourself: why did I react like that, why am I still upset, what is wrong with me?
These reactions are rarely random. Most of us carry habitual ways of responding that were formed long ago, and they run automatically. Resentment, anger and self-criticism often feel like three separate problems, but they usually grow from the same place: unmet needs that have not been noticed, named or looked after.
Many women say the same thing: I understand it all, but I do not know how to actually do it differently. Insight alone rarely changes how we behave in the moment. What helps is a clear map of what is going on inside you, plus simple skills you can practise until they become natural.
This course is built around that idea. It is a recorded programme with feedback, so you can work at your own pace, try each skill in your real life and get a response to what you discover along the way.
Each outcome is practised in the lessons through exercises, not only explained.
Notice the early signals of anger, hurt or tension before they take over.
Tell the difference between a feeling, a thought and an unmet need.
Use practical steps to ease intense emotions that used to feel impossible to control.
Learn what to do when you feel small, rejected or overwhelmed.
Build the habit of comforting and encouraging yourself instead of criticising.
Understand where the harsh inner voice comes from and answer it differently.
Take the steps that matter to you without waiting for the emotion to disappear.
Rely more on your own view of events and less on the reactions of others.
The course draws on the schema-oriented approach to psychology. Its central idea is that each of us has long-standing patterns of reacting, formed in earlier experience, which switch on automatically in situations that feel threatening or hurtful. Once you can see a pattern, you can start to choose something different.
Instead of asking you to suppress emotions or think positively, the lessons help you understand what a reaction is trying to protect, and then offer a more effective way of meeting the same need. Anger, for example, often guards a boundary that has not yet been voiced. Resentment often points to a wish for care or respect that went unspoken.
The tone throughout is practical and gentle. You will not be asked to relive painful events. You will be asked to observe, to experiment and to practise small changes in everyday situations.
Please note that the course is educational. It is not a replacement for individual therapy or medical care, and if you are going through a serious crisis, you should seek support from a qualified professional in person.

The course is a set of recorded video lessons that you can watch whenever it suits you. The modules follow a logical order, from understanding your emotional reactions to building lasting habits of self-support, so we recommend going through them one after another.
Each module combines explanation with practice. You watch the lessons, then complete an assignment based on your own experience. The programme includes feedback, so your work is not left unanswered: you can see how your observations are understood and where to adjust.
There is no fixed timetable. A comfortable pace is one module per week, which leaves time to try the exercises in real situations, but you can go faster or slower. You can return to any lesson as often as you like.

Return to the lessons whenever you need a refresher.
By the end, you will have a clearer picture of how your emotions work and what sets them off. When something hurtful happens, you are more likely to notice what is going on, take a pause and choose how to respond, instead of being swept along.
You will also have a kinder way of talking to yourself. The inner critic will not disappear overnight, but you will recognise it and have practical replies ready. That alone often changes how heavy everyday situations feel.
Most importantly, you will have tools you can keep using. Emotional skills strengthen with practice, and the lessons and your own assignments remain available to return to whenever life tests you again.
A comfortable pace is about two to three hours a week: watching the lessons for one module and trying the exercise in daily life. Because the course is self-paced, you can spend more or less time as your schedule allows.
