A recorded, self-paced programme in kriyas, mantra, meditation, philosophy and class planning for practitioners who want to go further.

You already know that Kundalini Yoga is more than a set of exercises. A class can change your breath, your attention and the way you carry yourself through the day. But once you want to understand why a kriya is built the way it is, how mantra works, or how to lead others safely, a weekly class is no longer enough.
Many practitioners reach this point and feel stuck between two options: keep attending classes without a clear structure, or jump into teaching before they feel ready. This programme is the structured middle path. It takes the core topics of a Level 1 teacher-training curriculum and turns them into a recorded, self-paced study programme you can follow at home.
You will work through the foundations of practice, body awareness, sound, posture, meditation, communication and the teacher's role. Each module combines video lessons with guided practice and written assignments, so you are not only collecting ideas. You are building a practice and a teaching method you can explain.
The programme is designed for adults who want depth without giving up their work or family schedule. You can study in the evening, practise in the morning, and return to the lessons whenever you need them. The aim is steady, grounded understanding rather than a rushed overview.
By the end of the programme you will have a working command of the core skills taught in the modules.
Describe how breath, posture, mantra, relaxation and meditation fit together.
Choose poses, repetition and breath patterns with a clear purpose.
Practise pronunciation, rhythm and listening as tools for focus.
Offer variations that keep the practice accessible and grounded.
Create a progressive series with clear themes and practice aims.
Design a shorter programme around one topic or skill.
Use voice, pace and silence to help others settle.
Understand consent, conduct and the limits of the teacher's role.
Use a journal and a simple plan to make practice consistent.
The programme is built on a simple principle: you cannot explain a practice you have not lived. Every module asks you to practise before you plan a class. You will keep a short practice journal, note what changes in your breath and attention, and use those notes when you design sequences.
This is not a collection of theory lectures. The lessons show you how to read a kriya, how to pace a set, and how to make choices when a pose does not suit the person in front of you. The worksheets turn those ideas into concrete class plans and self-review notes.
By the time you reach the final module, you will have a portfolio of practice notes, class outlines and a recorded teaching demonstration. That portfolio is the real measure of progress.

The programme is delivered as recorded video and audio lessons with written worksheets. You study in your own time, pause when you need to, and repeat the practices as often as you like. There are no live sessions and no fixed class times.
The material is organised into eight modules. Each module opens with a short overview, then moves into guided practice, teaching method and a written assignment. You can complete one module per month or move more slowly. The pace is yours.
You do not need previous teaching experience. The first modules give you the foundation, and later modules build toward class planning and a recorded teaching demonstration. If you already teach, the assignments will help you sharpen your structure and make your cueing clearer.
Eight modules take you from foundational practice to a complete teaching portfolio.
Every part of the programme is designed to be used, not just watched.
Video and audio sessions across eight modules.
Written notes, key terms and reflection prompts.
Short kriyas, meditations and relaxation sessions.
Structures for a 10-week beginner course and a 5-week themed course.
A simple format for daily notes and self-observation.
Criteria for reviewing your voice, pace and cueing.
Return to the lessons and downloads whenever you need them.
A clear window to decide whether the programme is right for you.

You will finish with a personal practice you understand from the inside. You will know how to build a kriya, choose a mantra, lead a relaxation and explain the purpose behind each part of a class. Your notes and worksheets will give you a repeatable method rather than a set of memorised sequences.
You will also have a teaching portfolio: a 10-week beginner course outline, a 5-week themed course outline, a 40-day practice journal and a recorded demonstration with your own self-review. If you already teach, these materials will help you tighten your class planning and communicate more clearly.
The programme does not promise a particular career outcome or a formal teaching permit. It gives you the knowledge, practice and planning tools to continue developing as a practitioner and, if you choose, as a teacher.
Most learners set aside three to five hours a week: one or two lessons, a short practice session and some time for the written assignment. You can do more in a free week and less in a busy one, because the programme is self-paced.
No. The programme starts with the foundations and assumes no teaching background. Some familiarity with Kundalini Yoga helps you settle in faster, but the early lessons explain the basic tools from the beginning. What matters is a steady interest and a willingness to practise.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive access to the course area with all modules, downloads and audio practices. You create your own login and can start with the first module immediately. Access details are sent to the email address you use at checkout.

Lessons are recorded video and audio sessions, supported by written workbooks and downloadable templates. You watch or listen in your own time, pause to practise, and complete the assignments at your own pace. There are no live calls or scheduled class times.
Your access runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the downloadable workbooks, templates and journal are yours to keep. During the access period you can revisit any lesson as often as you like.
This is an independent, self-paced study programme that covers the core topics of a Level 1 teacher-training curriculum. It does not include supervised in-person practice, examinations or any formal teaching qualification or licence, and it is not affiliated with a professional body.
The lessons explain how to adapt poses and offer variations, but the programme is educational and not a treatment plan. If you have a medical condition, an injury or are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, speak to a qualified health professional before starting.
You will have class plans, a recorded demonstration and a clear method for structuring a session. Whether you go on to teach depends on your own practice, local requirements and further training. The programme gives you the planning and practice foundations, not a guarantee of work.
Begin with the foundations module and build a teaching portfolio over the coming months, at a pace that fits your life.
