Effective and varied workouts that strengthen the muscles supporting your spine, so you move well and carry yourself with confidence.

Many of us spend our days bent over a laptop, a phone, a stove or a child. Shoulders creep forward, the upper back rounds and the muscles that should hold you upright quietly switch off. Over time, standing tall starts to feel like effort rather than habit.
Most people respond with the occasional stretch or a burst of exercise that fades after a week. The routines are either too repetitive to keep you interested or too demanding to fit into a normal day. As a result, the back muscles never get steady, balanced attention.
This course takes a different approach. It offers effective and varied workouts built around the muscles of the back, shoulders, core and hips, so that strength and good posture develop together. Because the sessions differ from one another, practice stays interesting and you can choose what suits your energy that day.
The programme comes from a yoga-based, women-focused teaching style. The movements are clear and measured, and the emphasis is on understanding what you are doing and why, not on pushing through.
By following the lessons at your own pace, you will build these abilities.
Learn to notice how you sit, stand and carry things, and where you tend to collapse.
Find and engage the deep and surface muscles of the back, rather than only working the ones that are already strong.
Use controlled, progressive exercises that you can adapt to your own level.
Release the front of the body so your shoulders can settle back without strain.
Move through the spine in several directions so it stays strong and flexible.
Use steady breathing to support each exercise and to help you relax afterwards.
Put together a compact sequence you can repeat when you only have a few minutes.
Rotate between different workouts so you stay motivated and keep progressing.
A strong back is not built by one exercise. It comes from a mix of strengthening, stretching, mobility and body awareness, repeated in a sensible order. The lessons are arranged so each one prepares you for the next.
You begin with posture awareness and gentle activation, then add resistance using your own body weight, and finally combine the elements into flowing sessions. Every exercise is demonstrated and explained, including what to feel, where to feel it and how to adjust it if it is too easy or too hard.
The aim is steady, noticeable progress. You do not need to be flexible, strong or experienced to start, and you will not be asked to perform movements that the lessons have not prepared you for.

The course is a library of recorded video lessons that you can follow at home whenever it suits you. Once your payment is confirmed, the materials are available to you straight away, and you decide how quickly to move through them.
Each module focuses on one theme, such as awareness, strengthening, mobility or complete sessions. Within a module the lessons build on one another, so we suggest following them in order the first time through. After that, you can return to your favourite sessions whenever you like.
You will need a mat, comfortable clothes and a little free floor space. Simple props such as a towel or a cushion can be useful, but nothing special is required. Watch a lesson once to learn the movements, then practise along with it as often as you wish.
Five modules take you from understanding your posture to practising complete back-strengthening sessions.

Clear demonstrations with explanations of each movement.
A logical path from awareness to complete workouts.
Short routines and longer sessions to match your time and energy.
Start as soon as your order is confirmed.
Pause, repeat and revisit any lesson whenever you like.
The material remains available to you after you finish.
If the course is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days.
You will know how your body tends to hold itself and how to correct it without constant effort. Standing, sitting and carrying will feel more natural because the muscles that support you are doing their job.
You will also have a collection of workouts to choose from. On a busy day you can use a short routine, on a calmer day a full session, and in the evening a gentle sequence to unwind.
Most importantly, you will have a practice that fits into ordinary life. Strength and good posture come from repeating the right movements, and by the end you will know exactly which ones to repeat.
It is up to you. Many people practise two to four times a week, using anything from a short routine of a few minutes to a full session. Regular, short practice works better than occasional long sessions.
