Three recorded meditation sets that guide you into grounding, receptivity and inner freedom — a practice you can return to whenever you need it.

Most days ask you to be efficient, available and strong. You answer messages while cooking, plan the week while walking, and fall asleep with a list still running in your head. Over time, that pace becomes the default — and it gets harder to hear what you actually need.
Feminine energy work starts with something simple: giving yourself permission to stop. Not to become someone else, but to notice the tension you carry and to practise something softer. The three meditation sets in this library were recorded for exactly that purpose.
Each set is a sequence of guided audio meditations. You listen, breathe and follow the voice. There is nothing to perform and no result to chase. The practice is to return, again and again, to a calmer and more grounded version of yourself.
You do not need to believe anything in particular to begin. You only need a quiet corner, a pair of headphones and fifteen minutes. The rest is repetition, and the recordings are there to guide you through it.
The sets are practical: each session gives you something you can use the same day.
Follow a guided voice and a simple breath to move out of rush mode.
Choose a time, a corner and a set, and let the practice become part of your week.
Learn to recognise the signals in your body and respond earlier.
Give yourself the same care you offer everyone else.
Listen to what your body is telling you without judgement.
Say yes and no from a place of calm rather than guilt.
The library stays with you, so you can come back at any point.
Short sessions, no fixed schedule, no pressure to keep up.
Each set has its own theme, but they share the same structure. You begin with a short settling-in, then follow a guided meditation of fifteen to twenty-five minutes, and finish with a few quiet minutes to return.
The voice leaves space between the words. There is no music to distract you and no instruction to force a feeling. If your mind wanders, you simply notice and come back — that is the practice.
You can work through the sets in order or choose the one that matches your day. Many people keep one set for mornings and another for evenings, and use the third when something specific needs attention.

The library is entirely self-paced. After payment you receive access to all three sets and the orientation module, and you can start the same day. There is no start date to wait for and no schedule to follow.
Each session is a recorded audio file. You can listen on your phone, tablet or computer, at home or wherever you feel comfortable. Headphones help, but they are not essential.
You decide how often you practise. Three short sessions a week is a good place to start, and you can do more when you have the time. The recordings stay in your account, so you can return to them for as long as you like.
Four modules: an orientation and three complete meditation sets.

If the library is not for you, request a refund within two weeks.
After a few weeks of practice, most people notice a small shift: a pause before reacting, an easier time settling at the end of the day, a little more room in the week. Nothing dramatic needs to happen — the point is to have a reliable way back to yourself.
You will know the recordings well enough to choose the one you need. A tense morning might call for the grounding set, a demanding week for the set on receiving, a difficult decision for the set on boundaries.
You will also have a routine that fits your life rather than the other way around. The library does not ask for an hour a day. It asks for a few quiet minutes, repeated often enough to become familiar.
Aim for two or three sessions a week. Each guided meditation lasts between fifteen and twenty-five minutes, and the orientation lessons are shorter. You can start with one session a week and build from there.
No. Every session is guided from start to finish, and the orientation module explains how to listen. If you have practised before, you can go straight to the sets.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a link to the library. Access is immediate, and you can start listening the same day.
All sessions are recorded audio. You can listen on a phone, tablet or computer. Headphones are recommended for the quieter parts, but speakers work too.
The recordings stay in your account. There is no expiry date, and you can return to any set as often as you like.
You have fourteen days from purchase to request a refund. Write to support and we will process it, no questions asked.
No. This is a self-paced library of recorded meditations. There are no live sessions, calls or personal consultations included.
The sessions are designed for quiet listening, sitting or lying down. If you listen while walking or commuting, you will still hear the guidance, but the quieter pauses work best without distractions.
No. The meditations are a wellbeing practice, not a treatment. If you are working with a therapist or doctor, keep doing so and use the recordings alongside.
Three sets, twelve sessions and a quiet corner are all you need to start.
