Four recorded sessions on 14 narcissist types: how to spot each one in daily life, which role you are pushed into, and which moves stop you from losing every time.

One shouts because the soup went cold. Another goes silent for three days and never says why. A third counts how many minutes it took you to walk home. A fourth falls ill exactly in time to spoil your celebration. A fifth disappears right after the best week you have had in years. If these scenes sound familiar, you already know how confusing it is to live or work next to someone like this.
Much of the advice online treats every difficult person as one and the same. In practice that does not hold. A technique such as the grey rock method, where you become flat and unreactive, can feel like a cold shower to one type and set off a surge of rage in another. Each type has its own sensitive points and its own ways of pressing on you, and both can be learned.
This course exists to give you that map. Instead of guessing why a certain conversation always ends the same way, you will learn to recognise the pattern, name it and choose a different response. The aim is not to win an argument. It is to stop being pulled into the same losing position again and again.
By the end of the four sessions you will have a practical framework for everyday situations.
Learn to read the words they use, the reactions they show and what happens after a quarrel.
Match what you observe at home or at work to a clear type instead of a vague label.
See which part you unintentionally play next to each type.
Find out why the usual reply turns against you every time.
Use concrete responses after which you stop losing the exchange.
Know what to expect when you begin behaving differently.
Learn when a strategy should be paused because the situation is becoming risky.
Decide when a method such as grey rock helps and when it makes things worse.
The core idea of the course is simple: before you decide what to do, you need to know who you are dealing with. The material is built on a model that separates narcissistic behaviour into 14 distinct types, each with its own logic, its own weak spots and its own ways of putting pressure on the people around it.
For each type the lessons follow the same path. First, how it looks in ordinary life: the phrases, the reactions, the behaviour after a conflict. Second, the role you tend to take on without noticing. Third, the response the other person is waiting for, and why giving it keeps you stuck. Finally, what to do instead.
Because the lessons are built around real situations, you will recognise yourself and the people in your life quickly. The point is not to attach labels to everyone you meet, but to give you a way of understanding patterns that otherwise feel random and exhausting.

The course consists of four recorded sessions of about an hour and a half each. Each session covers several types, so you move through all 14 in a logical order. The sessions were originally held live and include answers to questions from participants, which means many of your own questions are likely to be covered too.
You watch in your own time in a personal account. Access opens right after payment and stays open for three months, which gives you room to watch each session, return to the types that matter most to you and rewatch the parts you want to absorb properly.
Many people find it useful to watch a session, then spend a few days noticing the patterns in real life before moving on. There are no deadlines and no fixed weekly schedule, so you can set the pace that fits your situation. The course is educational and does not replace psychological help, psychotherapy or counselling.

After the four sessions you will look at difficult behaviour differently. Instead of asking what you did wrong this time, you will be able to see a pattern, name the type and recall what it usually wants from you.
In practice that means fewer automatic reactions. You will know which replies feed the conflict, which responses lower the temperature and when it is wise to say less. You will also understand what changes to expect once you start acting differently, including that the other person may push harder at first.
Most importantly, you will have a clearer, steadier view of your own situation. That makes it easier to decide what to do next, whether that is changing how you respond, setting firmer boundaries or looking for further support.
Each session lasts about an hour and a half. There are four, so you can finish in a few evenings or spread them over several weeks. You have three months of access, so you set the pace.
