A self-paced programme that teaches you a repeatable mentoring method for career goals, positioning, market entry and interviews.
Experienced professionals are often asked for career advice. A colleague wants to know whether to stay in a role, a friend asks for help with a CV, a former team member needs a plan for the next step. The conversation starts easily, but without a structure it can turn into a list of opinions, anecdotes and generic tips.
Career mentoring is a professional skill. It requires the ability to diagnose the client's situation, separate a strategic goal from a tactical next step, and choose the tools that fit the moment. It also requires boundaries: the mentor supports the client's thinking and action, but does not take responsibility for the client's life or decisions.
This programme gives you that structure. It is built around the situations that come up most often in career conversations: choosing a direction, explaining your value on the market, finding opportunities, preparing for interviews and reviewing the work you do as a mentor. Each module gives you a framework, questions to use and practice assignments to apply the framework to realistic cases.
The course is self-paced and recorded. You can work through the lessons in your own time, return to the materials when a real conversation raises a new question, and build your own mentoring toolkit step by step.
By the end of the programme, you will have a practical toolkit for the most common career requests.
Help a client separate the long-term direction from the next concrete step.
Spot the gaps between what the client has done and what the market needs to see.
Turn experience into evidence, results and a clear story of value.
Match the search strategy to the client's level, industry and constraints.
Prepare a credible introduction and a first action the client can take.
Build answers around evidence, examples and outcomes.
Recognise the mindset blocks that appear at each stage of a career transition.
Keep the client in charge of decisions while you provide structure and challenge.
Use a repeatable frame to understand the request and agree on the work ahead.
Each module is built on four levels of work. The first level is tools: the frameworks, questions and templates you use with a client. The second is the client's mindset: the resistance, frustration and key frames of thinking that appear at that stage of a career transition.
The third level is responsibility. You will learn how to keep the client accountable for their decisions and actions without taking ownership of their career. The fourth level is your own state as a mentor: how to stay calm, curious and grounded when a conversation becomes difficult or uncertain.
This four-level structure is what makes the programme practical. You are not just collecting questions or models. You are learning how to choose the right intervention for the person in front of you, and how to notice when your own assumptions are shaping the conversation.
The programme is delivered as a series of recorded video lessons. Each module starts with a short explanation of the framework, then shows how the framework applies to a realistic career request. You will see examples of questions, client responses and the decisions a mentor makes in the conversation.
Every module comes with worksheets and practice assignments. The assignments ask you to apply the tools to sample client cases, write out your own question sequences, review a CV or prepare an interview plan. You can complete them on your own; if you have a study partner, you can use the assignments as the basis for peer practice.
There are no live sessions or one-to-one calls in the programme. You work at your own pace, and the materials stay available after purchase. The course is designed for busy professionals who want a structured method they can study in focused blocks and return to when they need it.

You will have a repeatable structure for a career mentoring conversation. When a client brings a request, you will know how to diagnose what is really being asked, choose a strategic or tactical focus, and agree on the next steps.
You will be able to help a client review their CV, articulate their value, choose search channels, prepare for interviews and work through the frustration that often comes with a career transition. You will also have a clearer sense of your own boundaries as a mentor.
The materials remain available, so you can return to the module that matches the situation in front of you. Over time, the worksheets and checklists become your own working toolkit for mentoring, management or HR conversations.
The programme is self-paced. Most learners work through one module at a time, setting aside two to three hours for the lessons and the practice assignment. You can go faster or slower depending on your schedule.
No formal mentoring experience is required, but the programme is designed for people who already have professional experience to draw on. You should be comfortable reflecting on workplace situations and completing written practice assignments.
After payment you receive access to the course area with all recorded lessons and downloadable materials. Access is provided immediately after the order is confirmed.
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If the course is not right for you, contact support within that period and we will process the refund according to the store policy.
