Short guided practices of 5 to 25 minutes that fit into a busy day and help you ease tension, regain mobility and finally stop postponing exercise.

Most of us have a workout plan that lives permanently in the list called "I should start". The problem is rarely motivation alone. A plan that needs an hour, a change of clothes and a free evening loses to every meeting, every deadline and every tired Tuesday.
Meanwhile the body keeps sending signals. The neck and shoulders feel tight after a day at the screen. The lower back complains after sitting. Deep stabilising muscles that should support your posture stay switched off because we rarely ask them to work.
This programme starts from a simple idea: ten minutes of movement are better than none. Instead of asking you to rearrange your life, it gives you a short daily practice in a format you can do even on the busiest day.
Over fourteen days you follow one sequence of kinesiology-based practices, choosing the length that fits the day. The aim is not a perfect workout. It is a rhythm you can keep.
By the end of the two weeks you will have a set of practices and a routine that belong to you.
Use gentle practices to soften areas that stay tight during long working days.
Move joints and muscles through their natural range with attention to technique.
Learn exercises that switch on the stabilising muscles supporting posture and balance.
Pick a 5–10, 10–15 or 15–25 minute version depending on your energy and schedule.
Work through a planned order of practices instead of improvising.
Anchor your practice to a fixed moment of the day and keep it going.
Learn to observe changes in comfort, stability and ease of movement.
Keep the practices you like in a personal routine.
The programme is built on kinesiology-based movement practices. These are slow, deliberate exercises where the quality of each movement matters more than speed or the number of repetitions. You learn to feel which muscles are working, which are holding on, and which are not taking part at all.
The sequence is a condensed selection of practices drawn from a longer library of beauty and health routines and bonus lessons. Rather than leaving you to sort through hours of material, it puts the most useful practices in one logical order across two weeks.
Each day offers three ways to take part. The shortest version, five to ten minutes, is the minimum you can do on a day when everything goes wrong. The main version, ten to fifteen minutes, is the one designed to produce a noticeable difference in how you feel. The longest version, fifteen to twenty-five minutes, is for days when you want to go deeper.
This structure removes the all-or-nothing trap. A short day still counts, and the habit survives.

The course is delivered online as guided lessons that you follow at your own pace within a 30-day access window. You decide when to practise: early in the morning, between meetings or in the evening. The suggested pace is one practice per day for fourteen days, which leaves some spare days in your access period if you miss a few.
Each day you choose one of the three session lengths and follow along. You do not need a gym or special equipment. A small clear space and comfortable clothes are enough.
The programme is designed as a gentle introduction to regular movement, so there is no need to prepare beforehand. Start with the shortest version if you are unsure, and move to longer ones as you get used to the rhythm.
If you already have access to the full library of beauty and health routines that these practices come from, this programme will largely repeat material you have, and you do not need it.
Fourteen days of practice grouped into four stages. Each day offers short, main and extended versions.

Presented in a clear order so you always know what to do next.
Short, main and extended sessions to match your time and energy.
Enough time to complete the programme and repeat favourite sessions.
Watch and practise whenever it suits you.
The most useful exercises from a longer library, gathered into one programme.
A rhythm designed to keep you going on busy days.
After two weeks you have a daily routine behind you and a clear sense of which practices suit your body. You know what a five-minute day looks like and what a twenty-minute day looks like, so skipping everything is no longer your only fallback.
You are more aware of where you hold tension and know what to do about it. Many people find that this awareness alone changes how they sit, stand and move through the day.
From here you can keep your favourite practices as a personal routine, repeat the programme within your access period, or move on to longer training. The habit you have built is the most valuable thing you take with you.
Each day offers sessions of 5 to 10, 10 to 15 or 15 to 25 minutes. Practising daily takes roughly one to three hours a week, depending on the length you choose.
