When relationships keep following the same script

Many women notice that they meet different people but end up in similar situations. The same disappointments return, the same arguments flare up, and the same feeling of giving too much or not being heard appears again. It is easy to blame circumstances or a partner, yet the pattern often starts much closer to home.

Much of how we behave in relationships was learned early. We absorbed the way our parents treated each other, what they said about love and money and worth, and what they expected from us. These family scenarios work quietly in the background and shape what we choose, what we tolerate and what we are afraid to ask for.

This programme gives you a structured way to look at all of this. Over four weeks you move from setting clear goals, through examining the beliefs and scenarios you inherited, to strengthening your inner resources and working with difficult feelings such as guilt, shame, resentment and anger.

The course is a development programme, not a medical or therapeutic treatment. It offers you a set of reflections, exercises and practices to use at your own pace, in your own life, and in your own relationships.

What you will be able to do

  • Set goals and intentions in a way that works

Learn to phrase what you want so that it points to real action rather than wishful thinking.

  • Recognise the traps and illusions in relationships

Spot the expectations and assumptions that quietly steer you into the same situations.

  • Trace family scenarios that shape your choices

See how the patterns you saw as a child may still influence your present.

  • Work with limiting beliefs

Identify beliefs that hold you back and practise replacing them with more supportive ones.

  • Build a stronger sense of self-worth

Use practical exercises to lean on your own value rather than on approval from others.

  • Balance your inner masculine and feminine qualities

Explore the idea of wholeness and learn to draw on both in daily life.

  • Understand your emotions and reactions

Notice how disappointment, shame, guilt and resentment arise from unmet expectations, and what to do next.

  • Turn anger into a resource

Recognise familiar roles in conflict and find more constructive ways to respond.

  • Create a daily routine of inner support

Use visualisation and short energising practices to start each day with more steadiness.

Who this programme is designed for

The course was created for girls and women who want to understand their role in their relationships better. It is for those who feel that something in their personal life repeats itself, and who would like to examine it calmly, step by step, with clear guidance.

You do not need any background in psychology. The lessons are built around simple ideas and practical exercises, so you can follow along whether you are exploring this subject for the first time or have already read widely about it.

The programme speaks to the whole person: your goals, your history, your beliefs, your feelings and your everyday energy. Each week builds on the previous one, so the work feels like a path with a clear direction, not a collection of unrelated tips.

How the course works

The programme runs over four weeks, and each week has its own theme: goals, new life scenarios, inner strength, and transformation. Every week contains a series of lessons. The programme also includes webinars: two in the first week and a closing webinar at the end.

You work through the lessons in order, because each one prepares the next. Many of them are built around a reflection or practice, such as writing down your intentions, imagining an ideal day, or reviewing an emotional situation from a new angle. Plan time to do the exercises and not just watch, since that is where most of the value comes from.

The course is offered with several levels of support. This page describes the standard version, which includes support. Questions about the material can be raised during the programme, and the webinars give you a chance to bring your own situations into the discussion.

Is this course for you?

This course is for you if…

  • You are a girl or woman who wants to understand her role in relationships better
  • You notice the same patterns repeating in your personal life
  • You want practical exercises as well as explanations
  • You are comfortable with reflective, self-development style work
  • You can set aside regular time each week for lessons and practice

Probably not a fit if…

  • You are looking for medical care or treatment for a health condition
  • You want a quick fix without doing any reflection or exercises
  • You are seeking a promise of a specific result in a relationship
  • You prefer a strictly scientific, academic approach to psychology

After the course

By the end of the four weeks you will have a clearer view of what you want in relationships and why. You will have looked at the scenarios you inherited, tested some of your long-held beliefs and tried new ways of responding to difficult feelings.

You will also have a set of simple practices for daily use: an ideal day to aim for, a short routine for topping up your energy and a way of recognising when you slip into a familiar role in conflict. These tools stay with you and can be repeated whenever you need them.

Change in relationships depends on many factors, including other people, so the programme does not promise a particular outcome. What it offers is a stronger relationship with yourself, and a more conscious way to take part in every other relationship.
