A self-paced meditation programme for understanding your relationship patterns and building closer, kinder connections.

You may be single and tired of choosing the same kind of person, or in a relationship that looks fine from the outside but leaves you lonely. You may over-give, then resent it. You may withdraw when things get close. The pattern changes for a week, then returns.
Advice alone rarely reaches the part of you that reacts before you can think. This programme uses meditation as a structured way to observe that reaction while it is happening: the tightness in your chest, the story you tell yourself, the urge to fix, please or leave.
It is built around three directions of relationship: with yourself, with other people and with the world. The aim is not to become a different person. It is to see clearly what you carry, and to have more choice in how you meet it.
The course is self-paced and recorded. You work through short lectures, guided practices and written notes in your own time, with no live sessions and no personal coaching.
By the end of the programme you will have practical tools for the moments that usually run on autopilot.
See the link between early experience, expectations and the roles you slip into.
Notice which wishes are yours and which belong to family scripts or old roles.
Practise saying no, asking for space and staying in contact without shutting down.
Use short practices to return to your own body and needs when intimacy feels unsafe.
Work with a guided practice instead of only analysing the situation afterwards.
Turn vague frustration into a request you can actually make.
Create a pause between the trigger and your usual reaction.
Leave with a simple plan you can return to after the course ends.
Each lesson starts with a short lecture that explains one psychological idea in plain language: why closeness can feel unsafe, how early experience shapes expectations, or what happens when you confuse boundaries with walls.
Then you move into a guided meditation. You are not asked to empty your mind. You use the practice to notice a thought, a bodily reaction or an impulse, and to stay with it long enough to understand it.
Written notes after each lesson help you connect the practice to your own life. There are no mandatory homework assignments, but the programme works best when you give the practice your attention.

The programme is organised into six modules. Each module has four lessons, and each lesson takes 30–45 minutes: a short lecture of 5–15 minutes, followed by a guided practice and written commentary.
You can follow the modules in order or return to a practice that fits what you are facing. Most people work through two or three lessons a week, which gives time for the practice to settle.
Everything is recorded and self-paced. After payment you receive access to the lesson library in your account. There are no live calls, no group chat and no one-to-one sessions; the course is designed for you to work through on your own.

You will leave with a clearer map of the patterns you bring to relationships: where they came from, what sets them off and what you do when you feel unsafe.
You will have a set of short practices you can use before a difficult conversation, after a disappointment or when you notice yourself slipping into an old role.
The aim is not a perfect relationship. It is a more honest one: with yourself, with the people close to you and with the life you are building.
