This is a space dedicated to mindful self-care. Each exercise in this course is aimed at achieving a body-mind balance. Want to learn how to control your body? Start by listening to it.
Right after the first session, you’ll realize that the strength of Pilates lies in its gentleness. Session by session, we’ll persistently work through all muscle groups: toning the buttocks and legs, tightening the arms, and strengthening the core muscles.
With each class, you’ll reach a new level of control over your body. We’ll start with a warm-up and learn ribcage breathing. We’ll work on opening the joints to make your movements as fluid as possible. When you start the workout, promise to dedicate this time solely to yourself and your body. Concentration in Pilates is the key to success.
